Thank you for shopping with Blackacre Ranch! We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 10 days of delivery of your purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us: Email us at andy@blackacreranchnv.com 10 days of receipt of your purchase
2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return (for feedback).
3. Package Item: Securely pack the item in its original package.
4. Ship Back: Ship the item to:

Refund and Exchange Options:
• Full Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business day of receiving the return.
• Exchange: For an item of equal or lesser value.
Important Conditions:
